Fitness and Nutrition have always been a great part of my life, and I have achieved much success thanks to them. 

 

I was born in Italy and at the age of 8, I started playing soccer. Learning the importance of this sport by paying attention to my coaches’ training techniques, I soon became the best in my team. During my 7 years in my soccer career, I led my team to win many titles and achieved national and international success. This fed my enthusiasm and passion for fitness and a healthy life style, which pushed me to pursue new challenges.  

 

At this point a new chapter of my life began, and swimming turned up to be my new drive. It had always peaked my interest because of how different this world is, and after a short time refining my styles, I was missing the feeling of competing against others that soccer had given me. That’s when my swimming competition career started. As time passed, I satisfied my personal goals, had success, and saw the benefits this life style gave me. A need grew in me to want to help others feel the same. It was a natural transition that with the knowledge I had, I earned my Swimming Instructor Certification. Through this experience I coached: one-on-one, group classes from youth to senior, and then moved into competition prep coaching.   

 

In 2012, I moved to Los Angeles, and I decided to become the best version of myself. Right at that moment I found my vocation to Fitness since it has always been a constant part of my life. I started by being a Fitness Model while sculpting my body to its greatest. As I was going through and learning all the different techniques to naturally manipulate my body in order to achieve its best condition, I took part in Fitness Competitions. Along the way of my journey in competing and achieving awards, I earned my certification as a Sport Nutritionist, as well as internationally approved Personal Trainer Certifications. Since then, I share those well rounded training methods by helping people reach their maximum potential, transforming their bodies, and all the while improving their lives
